Established in 1993, with a registered capital of RMB7, 100,000.00, covering an area 2,800 sq.m., located in Shenyang, one of the largest cities in northeastern area with advanced manufacturing industry in China, Shenyang Institute Of Sources Technology Development is a high-tech enterprise combining R&D, production, sale and technology services. We specialize in manufacturing metrological instruments, pipe auxiliary equipment, pigging instruments and supporting instruments, which are widely used in the pipe projects of petroleum, chemical industry and storage. The market share of the pigging instruments and supporting instruments has exceeded 50% in Daqing Oil Field and Liaohe Oil Field while some of our products have been used in overseas oil development projects in recent years.

 

Basic physical Conditions: the office building covers 1560m² while the machine shop covers 1310m².

 

We have 33 various types of machine tools, including SICA6240 machine tools (made by Shenyang No. 1 Machine Tool Plant in 1999), CW6280B machine tools (made by Shenyang No. 1 Machine Tool Plant in 2004), CA6150B/A machine tools (made by Shenyang No. 1 Machine Tool Plant in 2009), Z3050X16 I radial drilling machines (made by Zhongjie Radial Drilling Machine Business Division, Shenyang Machine Tool Co., Ltd in 2009), DK7732 NC EDM wire-cut machines (made by Jiangsu Chuangwei CNC Machine Tool Co. Ltd, China, in 2009).

 

Human Resource: we have 36 staff members, including 6 Design Engineers, 11 Mechanical Technicians, 3 Instrumentation Technicians, 4 Quality Controllers and Inspectors and 3 Site Service Engineers.

 

Quality Control & Assurance Measures: A Quality Inspection Dept has been established. We are equipped with all the measuring tools and instruments required by various processes, including special testing instruments such as gamma meters, spark coil leak detectors, coat thickness measuring instruments and insulating resistance meters. The GB/T19001-2000/ISO9001:2000 Quality Control System has been carried out in our company.
